CUSTOM ORDERS
See something you like but it's not quite your size/vibe or do you feel inspired to get something you already own upcycled? I gotcha!! I can print any stamp or collection of stamps you see on my website or Instagram page in almost any colour anywhere on a garment YOU already own!!
This is a great way to bring back life to a forgotten garment or to cover up a stain or hole in your favourite piece! Mending is the future folks!! Prices depend on your choice of stamp(s) and the amount of colours used in the design but start at as little as R100 for a single small stamp. If using your own garment you will have to ship it to me or drop it off at my address in Somerset West.
I also have a collection of locally made thick cotton t-shirts available in black, white and green if you don't have anything to work with - they start at a base price of R200. This is a great option for a personalised gift for a loved one.
I also offer custom stamp making as a service. This is great if you want a stamp of your company logo or something you can use to block print your own clothes!!

SHIPPING POLICY
LOCAL ORDERS:
Orders can be shipped anywhere in South Africa via The Courier Guy. I offer delivery straight to your door for R80 or delivery to a The Courier Guy locker in your area for R60. You can also come pick up your order in Somerset West, Cape Town. All arrangements for pickups will be made after purchase via email. Orders get shipped once a week, usually on a Thursday & from then arrive within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
I currently offer international shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy, Belgium and Ireland via UPS and FedEx. Shipping gets calculated at checkout after your address has been entered. Taxes and duties are included in the total.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because this is a small business and one-woman-show I unfortunately don't have the capacity to offer returns, refunds or exchanges without a valid reason. I ask that you please make sure about sizing and all other information before buying something - if you are unsure about something just send me a message! That being said, if there is something wrong with your order - e.g. you receive the wrong item(s) - please email me at chicibongi@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving it and I will happily sort it out.
CARE INFORMATION
All clothing products are machine wash safe, just wash it inside out on a cold & gentle cycle, avoid harsh detergents & scrubbing the prints. Do not tumble & iron inside-out on low heat. If you follow these tips your wearable art will live a long and happy life!
All the block printed clothing products you'll find here are upcycled & printed on secondhand garments, meaning that these items are not brand new, but rather renewed. I carefully hand pick each garment to ensure that the pieces are still in good condition, but any small flaws will be noted in the description.
