All clothing products are machine wash safe, just wash it inside out on a cold & gentle cycle, avoid harsh chemicals, scrubbing the prints & ironing directly on it. If you follow these tips your wearable art will live a long and happy life!

All the block printed clothing products you'll find here are upcycled & printed on secondhand garments, meaning that these items are not brand new, but rather renewed. I carefully hand pick each garment to ensure that the pieces are still in good condition, but any small flaws will be noted in the description.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because this is a small business and one-woman-show I unfortunately don't have the capacity to offer returns, refunds or exchanges. I ask that you please make sure about sizing and all other information before buying something - if you are unsure about something just send me a message! That being said, if there is something wrong with your order - e.g. you receive the wrong item(s) - please email me at chicibongi@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving it and I will sort it out.
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders can be shipped anywhere in South Africa via Pudo (The Courier Guy). I offer delivery straight to your door for R80 or delivery to a Pudo locker in your area for R60. You can also come pick up your order in Somerset West, Cape Town. All arrangements for pickups will be made after purchase via email. International shipping is as of yet not available, but I am working to include it.
Orders get shipped once a week, usually on a Thursday & from then arrive within 1-3 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way.
